Barú Semilla Creativa – Costa Rica

This waiver applies to all individuals participating in any activity at or related to Cherepos Artes, including but not limited to classes, workshops, volunteer work, work exchange programs, or visits to the premises.

1. Participation & Risk
I understand that participation at Cherepos Artes involves physical activity, creative tools, ceramic equipment, exposure to wildlife, uneven terrain, and natural elements. I voluntarily assume all risks, including but not limited to minor or serious injury, allergic reactions, weather exposure, and contact with insects, animals, or plants.

2. Health & Insurance
I confirm that I am in good physical and mental health to participate in the activities at Cherepos Artes. I take full responsibility for any medical needs that may arise and confirm that I either carry my own insurance or accept the risks of participating without it.

3. Substance-Free Agreement
I agree not to participate while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any mind-altering substances. Barú Semilla Creativa maintains a substance-free environment during all programming hours.

4. Release of Liability
I hereby release Barú Semilla Creativa S.A., Cherepos Artes, its founders, team, collaborators, and affiliates from all liability for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation, including any due to negligence.

5. Conduct & Dismissal
I agree to behave respectfully and follow all safety rules and community guidelines. I understand that failure to do so may result in immediate dismissal from the program or property, with no refund or compensation.

6. Personal Relationships & Boundaries
Any personal relationships formed during my time at Cherepos Artes are at my own discretion and responsibility. Barú Semilla Creativa is not liable for any personal matters, disputes, or continued contact after departure.

7. Legal Framework & Dispute Resolution
This waiver is governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes will be subject to mediation before pursuing any formal legal action.
